Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferable under certain conditions. Examples: weather & illness.
Cancelations must be given at least 1 week in advance for the deposit to be considered for transfer.
Certain busy dates are non-refundable & non-transferable.
Friday-Sunday in Spring, Fall, and the Holiday season may not be subject to deposit transfer.
The following is Celebrate Kids’ policy regarding inclement weather:
If you decide to cancel a delivery because of bad weather, you must call or text our office 702-656-7004 no later than 8am on the day of delivery. If you call by this time and cancel your delivery, the deposit will be applied to any future available date. If the weather looks inclement, our office will call you to confirm before our driver leaves the shop.
Once the equipment is set up, there will be no refunds.
