Q - Can you rent a bounce house at a public park or community park?
A - Yes you can! Click HERE for Park Rental details
Q - What surface can I put a bounce house on?
A - We can place a bounce house on almost any surface including: grass, artificial grass, concrete, pavers, asphalt, dirt, rocks, wood chips and more. We can't put bouncers on sand or silty dirt.
Grass and artificial turf are the preferred surfaces. They are the cleanest and safest!
For the other surfaces we provide a tarp to go under the bounce house.
Asphalt will make a bounce house very dirty, so we charge an additional $30 cleaning fee per inflatable.
Water slides cannot go on Dirt or dead/dry grass. No exceptions. It is a big mess for you and us.
Q - What location can I place a bouncer?
A - For Homes, we can place bouncers in secure back yards or front/side yards that are flat and behind a secure gate.
We can't put a bouncer on a standard slanted driveway. We can't put a bouncer on the street/sidewalk. We can't put a bouncer in a front yard that is not behind a secure gate.
If you have the street closed with permits we can place the bouncers on the street.
We can't put the bouncer anywhere that cars can drive on or near the bounce house.
For venues, it would depend on the regulations of the venue. The venue must still be away from any roads or traffic and closed off with permits.
Q - How do you secure your bounce houses?
A - We prefer to secure the bounce houses with stakes when there is grass, dirt, or deco rocks.
If you surface is not able to be staked into, we use sandbag weights to secure the bounce house.
We will tie to trees or other acceptable objects when available to ensure the unit is secured.
Q - Does my bounce house need to say plugged in?
A - Yes, the bounce house must be plugged in to stay inflated. The bounce house will inflate in less than 1 minute. It will take 5-10 to deflate completely. We need a power source that can handle 16 amps within 75 feet of the bounce house. Running cords longer than 75 feet can damage the cords and blowers. At venues without power, we will need to supply a generator to power the equipment. We can't use the power at public parks.
Q - How do I know if bounce house will fit?
A - The dimensions listed under each bounce house are the actual dimensions the unit takes up. Length x Width x Height.
For example the 30 FT Obstacle course is 30x11x12. The Length (30) is from the front to back of the units and width (11) is from left to right, when looking at the inflatable from the entrance. The height is the highest point on the inflatable. We would need at least 33x13x13.
We recommend at least 1 foot of clearance all around. We also recommend and extra 1-2 feet at the entrance and exit to allow for kids to get in and out. If the bouncer is next to a wall, we require at least 2 feet of space for safety.
Q - Does the bounce house need to be supervised?
A - Yes, all inflatables must be supervised. If the bouncer is at your home, you are responsible for watching the bouncer to be sure the guidelines are followed. If you are renting a bounce house for your private party at a park you are also responsible for overseeing the bouncer.
If you are having any type of event not for personal use, we REQUIRE every inflatable to have a full time attendant. We can provide attendants for $40/hr. to oversee the inflatable. If you have adult volunteers, we can provide an event supervisor for $60/hr. to oversee the volunteers and equipment while those volunteers are each stationed at a bouncer.
Q - Are we responsible for the unit if it is damaged?
A – Possibly depending on the damage. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period. If this happens, please alert us at once so we can document the repairs and help you if needed. If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds, using silly string in the unit, damaging with sharp objects, markers or moving the unit to a location other than where it was originally setup.) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including full replacement of the unit/blower. That is why we have you sign and initial on all our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
