Deposits are required on all services within 5 days of booking. After 5 days your items/services will no longer be held for your event.

Weather Policy
If you decide to cancel an event because of bad weather, you must call our office 702-656-7004 no later than 8am on the day of the event. If you call by this time and cancel your party, there will be no charge for the balance and under most circumstances the deposit will be applied to any future available date or refunded.
If you do not speak to the office, and decide to cancel due to weather when the driver arrives at your location, there will be a $25 cancellation fee (this is to reimburse the driver for his time.) The remaining balance of your deposit can be applied to a future available date.
